Sonoran Crest worked with The Core Institute and its architect Orcutt Winslow in preconstruction to identify potential site and building issues and provided solutions on this complicated hospital ground up and tenant improvement project. Adding a new wing with surgery suites, mechanical and electrical systems Sonoran Crest completed this project on an active campus ensuring there was no interference with existing operations at this hospital in central phoenix.
