Existing 7,200SF grey shell used for medical diagnosis and treatment. The project was a build-out for an outpatient surgical center, complete with two Class B and C operating rooms, pre-op consultation areas, PACU area with control centers and nurse station monitoring, restrooms, injection room, clean/soiled work room, dictation area, nurse lounge area, waiting area, and on-site backup generator placement.
