ZenReach
The Zenreach tenant improvement project was a partnership with Ajanta Design to provide phased, new finishes throughout the 26,222sq. ft. space to accommodate a highly operational creative firm. A large portion of the space underwent complete demo and rework to incorporate new partitions, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and upgraded finishes.

ViaWest Group and Sonoran Crest Construction have partnered on several projects throughout the Biltmore Financial Center towers to provide interior improvements to over 26,000 square feet of Class A office space. Projects have consisted of high-end finishes throughout, rework of existing layout and usage of space, and working within occupied suites.

RICOH – Airport Tech Center
CBRE selected Sonoran Crest Construction for the buildout of 9,529 square feet of office space for RICOH. Sonoran Crest worked closely with Evolution Design to provide rework of the existing space with new mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and partition layout, along with all new finishes. Project was completed on schedule and with high praise from RICOH's Southwest division leadership, as one of their best construction projects.

KUBRA
Photos: Kubra (Formerly iFactor)Sonoran Crest Construction was contracted by Parkway Realty Services (now Cousins Properties) to provide interior construction for iFactor’s (now Kubra) new corporate headquarters, located on the fifth floor of the Hayden Ferry III building in Tempe, Arizona. This project incorporated high-end finishes and lighting package, along with extensive millwork throughout the 16,928sq. ft. suite. Custom booths were included to provide separate small interaction areas for the staff, along with large collaborative and social areas.

Cousins Properties has employed Sonoran Crest Construction for over 47,000sq. ft. of tenant improvements within the Hayden Ferry Towers I, II, and III. Projects have consisted of entire floors, to separate suites, with some work being done in extremely competitive schedules. Projects have included buildouts for Kubra, Houzz, Creative Circle, and Homelight.

San Tan Tech Center
Arvato Digital Services selected Sonoran Crest as their General Contractor to complete their first-generation build out of 30,545sq. ft. warehouse space conversion into a call center and training facility. The project consisted of an existing 3,322sq. ft. of suite space incorporated into an expansion of 27,223sq. ft. of gray shell industrial space. Extensive re-work and new electrical components were required to accommodate the expansion of occupied space, as well as the technological needs of the client. Project scope was inclusive of all interior finishes, bathroom improvements, and installation of onsite generator placement and enclosure. Project was completed on schedule.

CONNEXION
The ViaWest Group selected Sonoran Crest Construction as their general to lead the ConneXion building improvements. Projects to date within this building include the lobby remodel and three other suites. The project consisted of a cumulative of 27,159 square feet.

BTS Camelback Commons
McCarthy Cook chose to work with Sonoran Crest Construction to meet the improvement needs of a 14,482 square-foot Class A office space at Camelback Commons. Project consisted of an entirely new layout, inclusive of all new high-end finishes, unique design components, and full lighting package. The project had an aggressive schedule that Sonoran Crest met while providing a quality product that met both design, property management, and tenant satisfaction.

Washington Federal at Scottsdale Spectrum
Washington Federal chose Sonoran Crest Construction to execute their 8,681 SF regional office build out in Scottsdale Spectrum. The project consisted of extensive demolition of previous banking space, inclusive of built-in vault removal and stair infill. Exterior work was also done to accommodate an ADA entrance ramp and ATM/Night drop box installations. Interior improvements included new partition layout and design of space, MPE with full lighting package, extensive sliding door and glass package, and all new finishes throughout. Project was completed on schedule, and the featured host for the Washington Federal's First 100-Year Celebration.

Informa T.I.
Sonoran Crest Construction contracted with CBRE to renovate the entire 16,802 SF of the 4th floor and common area of a 12-story Class-A high rise in Phoenix. The project had an extremely aggressive schedule, and was inclusive of complete demo and build back with new partition and layout, MPE and lighting package, and all new finishes throughout. Efficient coordination efforts, along with effective trade and vendor management were imperative to ensure project was completed on schedule.

Sonoran Crest Construction contracted with CBRE to execute the 6,607 SF of interior improvements needed on the first floor of The Summit. The project consisted of complete interior demolition along with saw cut and pour back for new plumbing lines. Layout and design incorporated all new finishes throughout.

Esplanade Towers
Sonoran Crest was awarded several suites and lobby area throughout the prominent Esplanade Towers for a combined 34,000 SF of buildout. The suites are located throughout multiple occupied floors within the tower and required complete interior demolition. High-end finishes with combined exposed and floating ceiling features were a common theme throughout the suites. Modern lighting packages, open concept offices, and floor to ceiling glass highlight some of the most extensive and far-reaching city views from the floors.

SWCA
Project consisted of 20,373 SF interior renovation on the 17th floor of a downtown high-rise. Scope of work began with complete demolition of the space inclusive of restrooms. New layout, finishes, MPE, and restrooms were all included in the final product. Existing conditions of the building and pace of the project required astute attention to detail and forethought to ensure project was completed on time.

RICOH – Tempe Commerce Center
Following Sonoran Crest’s buildout for RICOH in the Airport Commerce Center, RICOH sole-sourced Sonoran Crest for their Tempe Commerce Center 40,000 SF buildout. The project was an existing shell, requiring extensive trenching to accommodate new restrooms and open-office furniture modules. New partition layout, electrical and lighting package, and all new finishes throughout were included in the build, along with furniture and National Vendor coordination to ensure the project was turn-key deliverable. The project was completed in an aggressive 8-week schedule, and to the delight and satisfaction of tenant and Property Management.

Buildout of 33,059 SF of a 7th floor Class A Office tower. Project consisted of complete rework and layout of space to accommodate large open office areas, huddle rooms, private offices, employee break area, and restrooms. All new electrical and extensive lighting package along with all new high-end finishes throughout were the major components of this project. Project was completed on time despite an extremely aggressive schedule, to the satisfaction and pleasure of the tenant.

Sonoran Crest Construction worked closely with triArc Design to provide a multi-media marketing and print tenant 6,467SF of suite space improvements. Project consisted of an existing shell building with complete rework and layout of space to provide private office spaces, several conference rooms, reception, open office design with collaborative areas, warehouse storage, and improvements of an outdoor patio break area. Scope included all new partitions, finishes throughout and new electrical with lighting package.

Coca-Cola
Sonoran Crest Construction was selected to build-out 4,608 SF of Class A office space for Coca-Cola corporate needs in Tempe, Arizona. The 6th floor panoramic views of the Greater Phoenix Metro Area beautifully frame the new interior layout and finishes throughout. Project consisted of a new demising wall and layout of the 6th floor, new electrical and lighting package, mechanical and plumbing rework, and all new finishes throughout. Open Offices, Huddle Areas, Conference Rooms, Wellness Room, and Tasting Kitchen round out the design and layout of the space. Sonoran Crest completed the project on schedule and within budget.
